How are your plants prepared for shipping?
Our horticulture team personally selects each plant and uses specialized packaging materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We treat every plant as if it were going to our own garden!
Do you provide care instructions with my order?
Absolutely! Every delivery includes detailed care instructions to help your new plants thrive in their environment. We’re committed to your gardening success from day one.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia due to agricultural restrictions. Our fulfillment center in Victoria, US ensures optimal plant health during transit.
Returns & Guarantees
What if I’m not satisfied with my plants?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. If any plant doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us at [email protected].
What if my plants arrive damaged?
While we take extreme care in packaging, if damage occurs during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We’ll work to make it right.
Do you offer replacements for plants that don’t thrive?
Our guarantee covers plants that arrive in poor condition. For plants that struggle after planting, we’re happy to provide care advice to help them recover.
