Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The plant must be in its original condition (alive and healthy)
  • All original packaging materials must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Please note: Due to the delicate nature of living plants, we cannot accept returns for plants that have died from improper care after delivery. Our PLANT COLLECTIONS and NATIVE PLANTS are carefully curated and may have specific return conditions – please contact us before returning these items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund or exchange:

Exchanges
