Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The plant must be in its original condition (alive and healthy)
- All original packaging materials must be included
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

- Provide details about your order and reason for return (use our template below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package carefully – repack the plant in its original container with all packing materials
- Ship back – send the package to our nursery at the address provided in your return approval

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund or exchange:

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different plant from our collection (such as swapping a eucalyptus tree for ornamental grasses):

If your plants arrive damaged or if you received the wrong item:
